Stacey Abrams, the Georgia Democrat that lost the Governor's race to Brian Kemp (R), is now garnering media attention for her comments about being Candidate Biden's running mate. Last month, Biden promised to nominate a female running mate according to the Washington Post . Therefore, he is engaging in the left's typical identity politics games. Joe Biden has made clear that he won't be choosing the most qualified VP, but actually the one that would give him the most progressive identity points. On April 15, 2020, thousands of people from Michigan descended upon the State Capitol to protest the unnecessary measures that Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) has taken.
